Now all we need is a funding source ... I wonder if Delauro could get funding into the next transportation bill ("earmarks" are not all bad.)
If they built the bridge to nowhere, they should be willing to take the highway to nowhere down.
This highway is already "down", as it is depressed, not surface nor elevated.
Constructing new buildings atop in a fashion to preserve the connector's subterranean right of way would provide the greatest array of benefits.
